How does 365 Spicery and its Family of Brands label for the top allergens and sensitivities?
We are aware of allergies and sensitivities and will always declare the following ingredients on our label in the ingredient statement - they will never be hidden under the notations of "spices" or "natural flavors":

- Milk & Milk Products
- Peanuts
- Tree Nuts
- Soy
- Sesame (for Indian products made beginning January 2023)
- Sulfites over 10 ppm
- Gluten containing grains - including barley, rye, oats, spelt, triticale, and kamut
If no ingredient statement appears on the product label, then the products is as it appears in the product name (e.g. black pepper). This labeling policy is compliant with Indian food labeling laws, as appropriate.
If any product has a Gluten Free claim, the product and the manufacturing line has been validated Gluten Free.

365 Spicery products are produced to meet our specification. Once you place an order, batch level COA’s are emailed to you at the time of shipment. Please note, the COA will contain all microbiological and physical & chemical analysis parameters available on the spec. Please be sure this specification will work for your application prior to purchasing.
How do I pick up my order from 365 Spicery's warehouse?
If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your 365 Spicery Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.
What are the pallet dimensions ?
365 Spicery is currently serving the contiguous United States. For all other shipments or information, please contact us and we would be happy to help service you through our alternative sales channels.
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order. We offer FedEx, Freight Less than Truckload (LTL), Freight Full Truckload (FTL), and Warehouse pick-up. You can view our rates on our 'Shipping Rate' page.

What size are samples?
Spice samples are all 8 ounces. Nuts and Cocoa sample are 1lb. If you require a larger sample, please contact us.
